Ava Sealy supports operations and internal coordination at Triangle STEM Foundation. She manages team logistics, assists with event planning, and helps maintain efficient communication across the organization. Her work ensures that TSF’s programs operate smoothly and align with the foundation’s mission. Outside of TSF, Ava enjoys hiking and exploring new cuisines.
BROOKE LIAO
DIRECTOR OF SCHOLARSHIP INITIATIVES & FUNDRAISING
Brooke Liao leads the development of Triangle STEM Foundation’s scholarship programs and oversees fundraising initiatives that support access to STEM education. She designs funding strategies, coordinates donor outreach, and helps allocate resources to maximize student impact. Her work is driven by a commitment to expanding educational opportunity for girls in STEM. One of her key initiatives, Planet Cupcake, integrates creative fundraising with STEM education and community engagement.
RIVA TRIPATHY
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH
Riva Tripathy leads communications and outreach at Triangle STEM Foundation. She manages external messaging, highlights student impact, and coordinates partnerships and community engagement efforts. Her work focuses on amplifying representation and access within STEM through mission-aligned storytelling. Outside of TSF, Riva enjoys reading novels and playing pickleball.
RASHMI VENUGOPALA
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Rashmi Venugopala leads the development and execution of Triangle STEM Foundation’s educational workshops and peer tutoring initiatives. She designs program curricula, coordinates instructional delivery, and ensures programming remains engaging, accessible, and aligned with real-world STEM applications. Outside of TSF, Rashmi enjoys playing video games, particularly Minecraft.
